Return policy

1. Artwork bought from BrightSky-Images can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. When you receive a damaged painting or print please notify us immediately through email or phone (see the Contact page).

When the product is otherwise not to your satisfaction, return it. Please note that a painting is made in the traditional way and therefore there may be irregularities in the paint, varnish, panel or canvas. The customer knows this when purchasing a painting and under no circumstances can it be a point of discussion for any subsequent compensation. The painting/ print must be returned in the same condition in which you received it and undamaged in any way. 

If you decide to return the items, you’ll need to let us know by sending us an email to: info@brightsky-images.nl, please note that you must send the items back within 14 days of informing us.

2.Processing your return.

After we receive your return shipment, we will inspect the returned items and start processing your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase, unless you prefer otherwise. The refund will be paid within 7 days. You will have to cover the return shipping costs yourself. 

3.The copyright of the paintings is always retained by Jacobus J Mol. This means that the painting may not be reproduced without written permission from Jacobus J Mol. The images may therefore not be reproduced, copied, changed or manipulated. The use of the image as a basis for another concept or another illustration (digital, or another application) is a violation of the international Copyright legislation.
