The original (mother) painting is a small oil painting on wood. 6 x 9 inches (15 x 23 cm) Painted in December 2024. I loved painting the little bird, I imagined it taking up her prayers to the heavens.
My oil paintings differ from my acrylic ones. I use smaller panels, smaller brushes. The paint and oil smell make me more contemplative and calm. The fast drying time of the acrylic paint makes for faster painting. But both have their charms!
These carefully made prints are high definition and as crisp and beautiful as the original painting. They are made in house by me, so I can control every aspect of the printing process and therefore the outcome is sublime.
The A5 and A4 size print will be shipped in a flat board back envelope. The A3 and A2 version will be shipped in a tube.
